The
Monza is based on a standard 1600cc model and is apparently
named after the famous Italian race track. Only 800
units were made between May and September 1997 and cost
£14,595.00 when purchased new
This
special version was finished in British Racing Green
and sported 14" alloy wheels with locking wheel
nuts. Unique Monza decals were also fitted to the rear
quarter panels and the bonnet

All
interior features were the same as the current 1.6
models with black cloth seats, trim and floor carpet
Standard
equipment also included a security immobiliser, high
level stop light and a powerful Clarion AR6270 radio
cassette unit
